Chamber members receive publicity and exposure through monthly newsletters, a membership directory listing available in print and on our website, as well as distribution of your promotional literature in our office and at chamber events.
The Chamber receives daily requests for recommendations on goods and services in Jackson County. We refer these newcomers, residents, and businesses to our Chamber members. The Chamber is constantly working to draw more tourism to our area, thus increasing local revenue.

The activities of the Chamber of Commerce are coordinated through four primary development areas know as Forward Jackson. Each of these areas is overseen by a chairman.The more you participate in the Chamber’s activities, the more benefit you and your business will receive from your Chamber membership. Workforce Development & Education-Addressing the needs of business and industry by training, education and developing an able and available workforce.
Tourism & Image- Highlighting the natural beauty and resources of the County and promoting those resources outside its borders.
Business Development- Creating new retail and commercial business development opportunities while also retaining and expanding existing ones.
Public Policy & Advocacy-Taking a position of advocacy on legislation that improves the business climate of Jackson County.
